While every fashion magazine has told us for more than a decade that white below the waist is OK year round, here in the South that concept has simply not taken hold. We still stick to our off white pants for fall and winter. What has changed is that where white was only appropriate on your bottom half after Easter, it's now considered fine by March. Spring Break is a great rule of thumb. But, when do you put your white jeans up?
