We certainly hope that July is finding you well, no matter if you are here in Nashville or reading from somewhere else! Our July FINDS showcases some of our current favorites in food, fashion, home decor and more.

Head out and pick some blueberries, or stop by a local farmers’ market – ’tis the season for adding blueberries to salsa, making blueberry muffins and pies, or even adding blueberries to your homemade BBQ sauce (we promise it’s amazing!). Check out Pick Your Own for places open for blueberry picking.

I love Orthaheels. I had a horribel time with Plantar’s Fasciitis, to the point of tears on a daily basis. I wear only these now. Not only do they have the flip-flops, but they have house shoes, sandals and tennis shoes. Best product ever!
