The rules are posted on the door that they don’t take returns for any reason. You can probably sell the chair on eBay for more than what you paid for it. The store is amazing so don’t let that stop you from going back!

My wife loved this place until we checked out a chair to see if it went with our farm table. It didn’t so she took it back and they refused to take it back because they said in 14 years nobody has every returned anything. We are stuck with a chair we can not use. We are disgusted and will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Carolyn, PD’s is one of Liza and my favorite stores. I bought an incredible rug ( oriental) for my kitchen. It is gorgeous and was so affordable. Stop by often, they get new things in all the time. best, elizabeth

I was recently visiting a high school friend in Franklin and realizing how much I loved to shop, she told me that I had to go to PD’s. My husband is so easy going so we decided to check it out. Oh my goodness, I LOVED IT! I did walk around to the right and then back around the opposite way. I did this several times.(My husband even recommended I do this because he realized that you could “miss something”) I would have loved to buy more items, but we only had limited space in our car. I thought the prices were incredible! It is my dream to own a shop like this sometime in my life! Loved the concept and all the furniture was right up my alley. Will be back again sometime I hope.
