Bad Experience shopping at UAL. Don't shop at UAL West End if you want to be treated fairly. Seriously, they have shady return policies and have horrible customer service. If you buy something without making the time to try it on – they are Not willing to return it Or even let you exchange it for something else. I will Never shop this store again. For as expensive as some things are in there, they should care more about their customers. And, one more thing, be careful when a salesperson is helping you shop because I found something in my bag when I got home that I didn't even want to buy. But, they charged me for it anyway.
