If you too need a chair makeover, it doesn’t take long to have some slip covers whipped up. Go for it. It’s kinda like the paint of the wall world: little commitment needed.

While we're at it I could use recommendations for a good upholsterer who is fairly priced. It seems that they're all over the board!
My dear friend Roxie Rogers is a wonderful seamstress and can do ANYTHING. She even took apart my leather chair and ottoman and re-upholstered it. The slipcover for my living room couch gets compliments all the time. She's done drapes, hemmed slacks and more. Let me know if you want her number :) Thanks, Lee Ann
